The Water Resources Department maintains a volunteer pool for a variety of programs throughout the year, and the program is vital to not only the SCD, but to water quality throughout Spokane. The projects vary during the year and include:
- Water quality monitoring
- Stream bank restoration
- Riparian restoration
- Stream cleanup
To apply to participate in the Water Resources Volunteer Program, download an application, complete it and mail it to the District office. Contact Dan Ross if you have any questions.
