Volunteer Opportunities

The Forestry Program has many opportunities for those who are interested in assisting us in our efforts to protect and enhance urban and rural forests.

Opportunities include planting, pruning, and 'free the trees' stake removal. Volunteers will receive specialized training to help them conduct their work, such as appropriate planting and pruning techniques.

Call Garth Davis, Forestry Program Manager, at (509) 535-7274 or e-mail the forester to volunteer.
